What Racquet activities do you offer and where are they located?

Costa Botanica offers 3 tennis courts for guest use, one of which we reserve for tennis coaching, if courts become frequently used. We offer 1 brand new Doubles Paddle court too. Guests can book at the tennis office or reception, or can use www.yingyangtennis.co.uk to book lessons or reserve the paddle court!
How do i 'Make Payment' for my tennis services?...

Once you book a 'Service' and 'timeslot' the Tennis Coach will be ready near the courts to prepare your racquets/lesson. After the service finish's you will need to write on a service 'ticket' to confirm agreeing to pay for it shortly before 'checking out of the hotel'.
Can i pay with cash or card for my tennis services?

No..All tennis services are charged to your room number and proccesed when you 'check-out' from the hotel. (via Card Payment)
Can i get a refund if rain cancels my tennis session?

If you session is mostly interuppted, we can decide not to post the service ticket to reception, or reschedule another time for your service!
